Excellent service right from the start! We started looking for a hot tub a few months back and finally, after meeting Mika for the first time, we decided to go with the option she offered. She was able to quickly and very professionally guide us to a tub that suited our space, our needs and even our “nice to haves”. Mika is customer oriented, very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide and excellent customer service that carries through even after the sale. Her significant knowledge and guidance of water chemistry was invaluable in our purchase. There was a bit of concerns for the delivery then, Mika and Mohamed quickly came to our house to assess and reassure us that the delivery would go smoothly. The delivery team to great length and efforts during the installation to have to tub set up in the chosen spot. A week after the tub was installed and started, Mika came over to do a demo, go more in depth throughout all the menus and settings. She was able to promptly answer any questions we had on the water chemistry, it’s functionality and relation with products and effects. She ensured that we were going to enjoy our hot tub to the fullest as well as provided maintenance tips and tricks that were very valuable. We really enjoyed the process and were always treated with kindness and professionalism. Mika’s and Mohamed’s service went surpassed any expectations had. We strongly recommend that store and its personnel. We won’t hesitate for a second to spread the word about their above and beyond service.

I guarantee Orleans Hot Tubs will go above and beyond to provide good service. I had a problem with my Hydropool Serrnity hot tub that I purchased with my home a couple of years ago. The hot tub was purchased in 2015 and some factory parts are no longer available for this model. I hunted high and low even contacting Scotland to find the part, no one could or would help until I came across OHT. Sean was as concerned as I was and went above and beyond to locate the part. Finally, there was no other option than to make the new part fit, it was a square peg scenario. I can't claim this can be done for everyone, but it was done for me and I am so grateful to him. The staff is very friendly, they take time for you and will do all they can to address your needs. I was dealing with a company closer to my home in the west-end but guess what...no more!! The service therr was no where close to what I have just experienced. I will be looking to OHT to help me protect this investment (they have a gorgeous showroom by the way, I was really impressed!). They are very respectful and act with integrity. I highly recommend them.

Wow. Talk about great service in a very timely manner!!!! My hot tub let me down with a FLO error and as such, the heater stopped working (not a good thing in the midst of winter cold). As such I reached out to several companies to which only one returned my request for service but their prices were way too high and their availability depended on my location and what had to be done. AND THEN along came Orleans Hot Tub who actually answered their phone and within a couple hours were at my place and the investigation to the problem was under way!!! 30 minutes later, problem identified and resolved. Big thanks to Sean for his service and pricing. I would definitely recommend Orleans Hot Tub for all your repair needs. Top notch, friendly and professional too. Cheers

I have been a regular client of Orleans Hot tub for well over a year now having purchased a brand new hot tub in September 2022.
