All of the staff were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were newbie purchasers and I never felt like I was asking too many questions or that they wanted us to leave. In fact, one of my favourite features is that I can text any question anytime to the number provided and one of the team members gets back to me - a great feature as we learn the ropes of hot tub life! Highly recommend visiting Bruce & his team if you are in the market for a hot tub!
